30 min recruiter call. He had informed me the position was not super technical so I focused more on the business side of things. 45 min interview with the hiring manager and the entire interview was only behavioral questions, strengths, weakness, conflict, etc. and he looked pretty satisfied with my answers and told me I'd be sent to the next round. Got a standard rejection email from the recruiter a week later. Loss on both sides, I was excited for this opportunity.
