Interview
Brutal! Exhausting! Awful! WAAAAAAAY to many rounds.
So first off all, the recruiter reached out to me... I did NOT apply for this position. Now that I connect all the dots, looks like they reached out to me for diversity reasons and to cover my race also so they can submit to the HR that they interviews all race/ethnicities.
More than 5 rounds of interviews and this is excluding HR screening. Interviewers seemed happy when i answered their questions they read from their "script". I can honestly do a better job than the people that interviewed.. no I am not over confident ... Interview is bidirectional.. so when I asked them questions, I never got a proper response.
Twilio, I am not bitter that I didnt get the job but I atleast deserve a better reason of why I am rejected. I never got that. You almost wasted 8hrs on my time which is one working day. will you get it back for me?
Twilio, you might have time for this drama but we dont. Respect candidates time.. we might like working for Twilio but we are NOT desperate.

Not sure what this company is looking for in terms of Product Managers. Very very generic interview with the hiring manager and just asked behavioral questions. Not expected for an experiences product manager. In the end got rejected via an Auto email stating they can't give feedback. Waste of my time interviewing here.
Very drawn out process with repetitive questions over several weeks. All the people I interviewed with, read questions from a list. Nothing seemed organic. Between the hr rep, panels and hiring manager, I probably had 6+ conversations.
very long interview process with at least six rounds of interviews. most of the interviewers were nice enough but the process took multiple months to complete. it was a lot of time and effort to work around a day job schedule.
