I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Twilio
Interview
The process was really fast at first but got pretty slow due to some scheduling issues. Each interview went by quick and everyone was really nice to talk too. They made sure you didn't feel intimidated.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Explain a time you didn't make a deadline/goal
2. Can you talk about a time where you dealed with inclusivity?
3. What do you think are the most important parts about creating a piece of content?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio in Apr 2019
Interview
There was not interview as such. They do conference calls. The first one I was late 2 minutes because of issues with my phone and they weren't there anymore. I waited for 15 minutes, wasting my lunch time. The second one was cancelled 30 minutes before because the organiser didn't check the interviewers were off. The third one, they didn't even give me the link to the call and after 4 emails I just gave up and told them I assumed the interview was cancelled. To what I am still waiting for a reply.

Having to wait around not once, but twice, for a call is frustrating and not respectful of your time. While the pace of our business can be hectic, we need to honor our appointments and respect peoples' time. Thank you for sharing your feedback and we will use it to train our team.
