I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tutor Bright
Interview
Interview process was fairly simple I would say. First I was connected with HR as is usually the case, then I was scheduled for an in-person interview with the VP of Tutorbright.

Question 1
Why SHOULDN'T we hire you?
Tell me about yourself
Why Tutorbright?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tutor Bright in Jul 2018
Interview
I applied online. They replied with an email asking a couple of screening questions before sending another email to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was invited to their office for an interview with the VP.
At the office, a couple of team members welcomed me, made general small talk and asked questions before I did the 1 to 1 interview with the VP. I was asked me about myself along with other questions sprinkled in within the organic flow of the conversation, such as 'Was there a time when you suggested an idea and it was used by your team?'
After completing the informal sit down interview with the VP, I received an email response the following week after inquiring about my status. The interview process took just over 2 weeks.

Question 1
Do you have a mentor in your life that you look up to?
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tutor Bright (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2018
Interview
Some basic questions and a few scenario ones. Overall really relaxed atmosphere (doesn't even feel like an interview). Very nice people and they just want you to be comfortable. It felt like speaking to your friends.
