The process began with a first-round virtual interview with an HR representative. The interviewer was experienced, professional, and friendly, which made the conversation feel comfortable. He provided a clear overview of the role and shared helpful background information about the company.
The discussion did not include many behavioural or situational questions. Instead, it was primarily focused on my previous experience and how my background aligned with the requirements of the role. Overall, it was a straightforward and pleasant 30-minute conversation.
