Hiring and interview process was fairly standard. There's a screening, usually done over the phone, followed by an in-person technical/behavioural interview.
The interview itself was not too challenging. I was asked a very straightforward algorithm question and some general web/software architecture questions. As an intern, I felt that anyone who performed well in their Software Design and Algorithms classes should have no problem with the questions they asked.
I heard back with an offer shortly after the interview, all in it was a pleasant and straightforward process.
