There were four rounds of interviews - recruiter, HR, direct reporting manager, CEO. Following the four rounds, there was radio silence and no update provided. It would've been nice if they had provided some type of feedback and closure.

Decent interview process and friendly people. Very standard about your experience and some bench mark questions. Did not receive and offer but it was a good convo. Just prepare with your knowledge of media buying and ads
I spoke with the owner for about an hour speaking with the owner of Tuff Media. It was a relaxed interview that felt more like a conversation. We mostly spoke about the role and what responsibilities I would have.
