1. Phone chat for 15 mins with CTO
2. 35 min Coding screen through skype where I complete a coding task using JavaScript
3. Onsite interview, 45 minutes each with: VP of Engineering, CTO, 2 Web Developers on team
The questions asked by the VP and CTO were a little more high level, about experience and my understanding of JavaScript/front end and how I self taught. There was minimal whiteboarding.
With the 2 web engineers, many more technical questions and whiteboarding where I had to design very small apps or layouts using CSS, React, Redux, JS. No crazy algorithm puzzles. It was a good experience!
