My experience was with the Latam hiring team. First contact is an interview with the recruiter. Then you take an online assessment in hackerrank. After that you think you'll get an offer but there's another technical interview where you will be evaluated to create an API in .Net by memory. You can't use any external tools. (yeah in a world where they ask AI for everything) Instructions are not very clear. You'll need VS installed for the interview
