True Alliance interview questions

The job interview was quite easy, most are general interview questions and it only took about 15 minutes. I had two rounds of interviews, a phone interview than a face-to-face interview.

Phone interview, followed by pre-interview questions, and then an interview. I was told I'd be kept in the loop throughout the process and after they shortlisted candidates for a second round interview, and never heard back... ever. Very poor form for a large organisation where you spend a lot of time prepping before getting an interview. Life will still go on if I do not get an offer True Alliance, please be transparent and professional with your recruitment process.
