TruRating interview questions

The interview process was excellent and not only allowed the interviewers to work out if I was suitable for the job, but also allowed me to understand if the job was suitable for me. It was split into several small sessions, starting with a high level overview of the company and the role and culminating in a very enjoyable technical task, where I had to present a data architecture I had designed. The interviewers were engaged and passionate throughout and the presentation was a two way conservation that felt very similar to how I like to work day-to-day when presenting any data architecture design. The interviewers were honest at every stage about areas that needed to be improved and made it clear that my role would be to help improve these and drive the company forward, which is exactly what I was looking for in a new role.
