This interview process was top notch allowing me to feel like I was already part of the company from step one.
The recruiter (James) was on it. You could definitely see that effort was put into making the process seamless.
The hiring team was amazing as well showing exactly what the culture and the product were like.
While I didn't not receive an offer, the experience was fantastic.

Question 1
Allowed me to talk about my history, what I was looking for and available to answer questions about the company. Team processes, KPIs, Toolstack and most importantly the product.
Started with an invitation to send a sample cold outreach email with a catchy subject and video outlining key attributes of a BDR. Next was a call with the recruiter. Second interview was with the hiring manager. Didn't continue the process after that.
