I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TripleTen (Spain, GA) in Jan 2025
Interview
Everything was clear, and the company explained the next steps well. The HR manager was very professional and polite. There's nothing to complain about. But be ready to make quite a big case study; this guy wants to sell all skills as much as possible.

Interview
I don't recommend going through the hiring process at TripleTen. I interviewed for a Product Manager position (LatAm, growth) and went through the standard interviews with HR and the hiring manager. The hiring manager told me I had passed to the next stage and would soon receive a test assignment. However, instead of the assignment, I received a rejection due to a "lack of experience in an international environment with English-speaking stakeholders."
Meanwhile:
1) I do have such experience, and it’s clearly stated in my CV.
2) This subject was never mentioned during the interviews.
3) There was no such requirement in the job description. So I didn't have a chance to emphasize it.
I sent an e-mail with my feedback, but no one responded. In my opinion, the company handled my interview process and the time I spent on it very unprofessionally.
