I applied through university. I interviewed at Trifecta Technologies (Allentown, PA) in Sept 2019
Interview
Received an email from them after the job fair at school with dates to interview with them. 3 students from my school were selected to interview onsite for one of the days, and we completed an aptitude test (similar to SAT tbh) for 3 hours and were told we would hear from them in 1-2 weeks. None of us ever heard back from them, which was a little confusing, but overall they were very friendly at the interview.

Interview
I had never heard of this company until someone from their HR department reached out to me and asked me to interview for an open position. I had 2 phone interviews within a few days.
The HR person asked for my salary requirements and said the team was meeting internally the next day to discuss candidates. I sent my requirements and said they were negotiable.
I didn’t hear anything the next week so I reached out to the HR rep to ask if the position had been filled. She never replied.
Surfice it to say that if someone were to ask me for a recommendation for a SFDC consulting company in the Allentown area, I would tell them about my experience and how little respect I was shown. A simple “thanks, but not thanks” would have been acceptable.

Interview
Interview was casual. After the phone interview, you're invited to the company to take a 2 hour long IQ and personality test, and then spend the last hour speaking to one of their developers with the white board test.
