I had a chat with the recruiter and she was great. She provided me more information upfront than i have ever received in a phone screen before. It went for about 20 minutes. First interview was mostly tech but 2nd was were i met the team and understood more about the project. Interesting work, interesting team, they came across very busy but i guess that's why they were hiring for more people. Company sounds cool, lots of people initiatives and it seemed like i would get alot of freedom to lead my role.
