I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TriTech Software Systems (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2013
Interview
The recruiting process proceeded slowly, presumably due to company participant schedule restrictions. Interviewers were not entirely honest in describing requirements or what to expect. For example, I was to work with another PM who was to be available for 2 weeks to hand off a very large and visible project. I got 1 week of handoff and mentoring. I was also told I would be expected to act as the project's chief executive, but reality is that every step was expected to mirror executive management's unspoken guidance and past interactions. I was led to expect an on-boarding process, but it consisted of reviewing an incomplete document of as yet undocumented and/or incomplete processes ad procedures.

Interview
phone interview then a face to face interview. The phone interview was fine, but the face to face felt like a waste of time. Both interviewers were not prepared at all to ask the questions, and on top of that it felt that they had no interested to get to see if I could be a candidate. I think they should have a better internal process so no one wastes any time.
