I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tredence (Chicago, IL) in May 2019
Interview
I was recommended to the recruiter by my classmate in May from US. The whole process took 2 weeks. This was the best interviewing experience ever. First technical round. Second Business/Case study. Third, Co-founder conversation. The decision was made up till then. Fourth round was conversation with CTO, also co-founder. Everyone chatted with you first, got to know you not through "tell me about yourself". They were very transparent and tried to give as much information as they could.
Through the fantastic talk with different persons in this company, I got more and more excited to join the company. HR was also very nice and efficient, providing feedback and necessary information for you to prepare.
The interview was a little bit dense, sometimes in non-working hours due to the timezone issues. However, it was good for me to move fast during those days.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Tredence (San Jose, CA) in May 2019
Interview
5 rounds. Fairly straightforward. 3 python rounds and then 2 additional rounds of interview, probably for their own amusement. Because there was no intent of extending an offer presumably.
