The interview process consisted of 4 rounds:
Round 1 – Resume Screening Round
Discussion focused on past experience, projects, resume details, and basic technical concepts.
Round 2 – Case Study Round
A case-study-based discussion to evaluate problem-solving, analytical thinking, and approach to structuring solutions.
Round 3 – Director Round
Focused on overall profile evaluation, experience, communication skills, and company/team fitment.
Round 4 – HR Round
HR discussion covering compensation, expectations, notice period, and general process-related topics.
