The interview process was very well-structured and positive. It included an initial HR screening call, a second interview with the Sales Coordinator, and a final in-person interview at the office, which included a case study and role play. Throughout the process, the communication was clear, friendly and professional. I had the opportunity to learn more about the role, the team, the expectations and the company culture. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience.

They asked me to complete a case study where I had to approach a potential salon partner, understand their needs, handle objections and explain how Treatwell could help them increase online bookings and improve their appointment management.
