I recently had a very positive interview experience at Travelers. The entire process was well-structured, and the interviewers ensured that I was comfortable throughout. The first round was with the hiring manager, focusing mainly on my past experience and how it aligns with the role. This was followed by a technical round that covered Python, statistics, and critical thinking, where I was tested on my coding skills, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. After successfully completing these rounds, I was invited to a loop interview consisting of four separate rounds: programming, statistics, case study, and behavioral. Each of the programming, statistics, and case study rounds lasted one hour, and they delved deeply into specific areas to assess my technical expertise and analytical skills. The behavioral round, which lasted 30 minutes, focused on my interpersonal skills, work ethic, and cultural fit. Overall, the interviewers were super chilled and made sure that I was comfortable, creating a positive and supportive interview environment.
