Very friendly and casual. Marketing manager and senior marketer were there including the top producers. I did not feel like I was being interviewed, since it was in a set up that was like a get together after work. Friendly folks.

It was a very good process. I enjoyed the interview a lot. I thought that my interviewer was a very kind, competent and professional certified planner. I would recommend this firm to both possible future employees and potential financial planning clients so that one can maximize their investments and have the right amount of term life insurance in case one passes away and their wife and all children are taken care of.
