Very comfortable conversation with HR contact. Great exchange about what they wanted and what I wanted and exploring if there was a fit. I am bring much more to the position than they were looking for but they are interested in possibly expanding the role of the position. The HR contact is going to run my ideas past the hiring manager and get back to me. I'm waiting to hear the feedback from that conversation.
