TransLoc Client Success Manager interview questions

Had initial phone interview with HR which went really well - then had video interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager said I would hear back within a week - nothing. I emailed HR after two weeks and nothing. I can't believe they can't have the decency and transparency to provide feedback to a candidate.
