Interview
There is no process, they randomly call you for 40 mins before they decide if you're good enough for an interview. They ask personal questions like about your marital status, about to get married, they will randomly test your English someone non sense paragraphs on the spot. There is no feedback, no transparency.

They have a most professional interview phase. You can learn by the interview how professional the team is and it was overall a good experience for me. The HR was very polite and understanding
