I applied online. I interviewed at Training Express (Boston, MA) in Apr 2012
Interview
I had initially applied to the work abroad program through CIEE and they offered me the chance to apply to a new program in Business English in Madrid. For that I had to send in my resume and fill out an essay section. With Training Express, I had a Skype interview and then they told me that they wanted to offer me a position.

I remember thinking I hope they don´t test my grammar, having just completed the TEFL I was still a bit green.
