Simple three phase interview. With a take home assignment. The interviewing team is very friendly and accommodating to the interviewer. After the technical interview, there is a final interview to solidify the contract details.

I live in India and applied through LinkedIn. I received a mail from Zalando and was quite confused but when I checked the job description, I realised that TradeByte is a subsidiary. The interview process was of 2 days. First day it was just just behaviour round where they try to know you more and check whether you are a good fit for the company. Second day consisted of many sessions. First two sessions were for the team to know more about you and for you to know more about the team. Second part is their stand up meeting in which you can contribute if you know something otherwise you can just discuss about the task they gave you. Third session is the task round for which they will give you 4-5 hours to complete the task. Since I applied for DevOps, my task was related to CI/CD and Docker. If you have good knowledge for docker compose or docker swarm you can easily do the task. Last round was again behaviour round, by this point I was exhausted and wasn't able to answer recruiter's questions in a proper way. The best part of the process was that after a week I got a feedback call from them. They explained in detail about the things which I did wrong during the interview. Overall I am really happy with the interview experience.
