Interview
Short 30 minute HR call, followed up by a one hour call with the hiring manager. At the end I had one final call where they gave me (very short) feedback about the interview.

Interview
Met with the recruiter over a 30 min call and discussed about the role/my experience. Met with the hiring manager and he asked me questions about my experience as well as some behavorial questions. The people I've spoken to were very friendly and explained their product really well. The status update/rejection mail also came swiftly (within a week) and I'm glad that I wasn't ghosted.

Interview
I enjoyed the process! Compared to a lot of companies that fire questions at you, the process at Tractable seemed to be a two-way process, with each interviewer showing a lot of interest in my background rather than just what is relevant to them.
