They ask you about your experience in the restaurant industry/ open table and if you have a year and you don't look/ act crazy you are hired. They are desperate.

Interview
Short, informal questions. They had a lot of people coming in for the interview at once, but it was still one on one. Sat in the dining area to do the interview with one of the managers. Simple questions, was not nerve racking.
