I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Totalmobile (United Kingdom)
Interview
Multi stage interview with different SMEs from the organisation - covering aspects of the role from the stages the project lifecycle, managing client relationships, through to technical ability to assess skills, suitability and cultural fit.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Totalmobile (United Kingdom) (Birmingham, England) in Dec 2024
Interview
Firstly there was a very brief chat with Gareth to ensure there was initial alignment, followed by a further more in depth call with him (30mins). Then there was an hour interview with the hiring manager and HR, followed by a final interview with the hiring manager and COO which you were asked to present your vision for documentation at TM going forward. Overall, an initial positive experience turned sour. After being contacted regularly in the early stages and having the next stage well defined, after the final interview I was effectively brushed off and ignored for 3 weeks. Having had my final interview on a Monday, I was told a decision would be made by the following Friday. This came and went. I was told I'd be contacted on Monday, again, no decision came. I then tried calling and emailing on Tuesday and received a response saying they haven't made a decision. I then got a 3 minute call 3 weeks after my final interview to say it was a no . It really saddens me that this is the way TM treated me after it all starting so well. Based on how the hiring was conducted, I would have to say I would be very hesitant to accept if you were offered a position working there.

Interview
Very pleasant process. The recruiter, Gareth, was very open and communicative throughout, and the interviews were very straightforward and STAR based for the most part. I would really recommend them.
