Total Utility Connections Mid-Level Manager interview questions

Initial interview was great, informal, get to know you type scenario. 2nd stage interview onsite was not. It felt more like an interrogation, there was an exercise which I hadn't been asked to prepare for - despite asking if I needed to prep anything for the role, and the interview questions seemed misaligned with what I had previously been told about the role. It was an experience that was totally at odds with the first stage interview and made me wonder if I wanted to work there at all.
