Total Synergy (Australia) interview questions

This job was referred to me by a recruiter. The interview with the team manager went great, as per their own words, and they said they wanted to book another round asap. I suggested some time in the next few days, and then they disappeared. I followed up with the recruiter who recommended this company to begin with, and he responded a week later that they hired someone else. Honestly, this is the weirdest interview experience I had in my career. I emailed the person who interviewed me to ask for feedback to help me improve, but they just ghosted me. I found this behaviour very disrespectful and below any professional standards. If anything, this speaks volumes about the company culture and communication style.
