I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Denver, CO)
Interview
Three interviews. First over the phone to gauge how personable you are through a phone call (as that is most of the job). They think of it as the 'barbecue test' which is would I be interested in having a conversation with you if we were hanging out at a barbecue. The next interview is in person and starts by shadowing two employees at different stages of the job. Youre supposed to get a sense of the work (calling truck drivers and setting up deliveries) to see if you'd despise it or not. Then you go into a conference room and have a short interview with the recruiter. Basic interview questions, just tell them you want to make a lot of money and youre the most motivated competitive person you know. The third interview is with a manager and they will go over a brief set of questions which seems to just see if you will be able to stick it out in the job for longer than a few months. Everything was very conversational and not too official. Wear a suit.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I believe there was a total of about three interviews and then your hired. They will most likely hire you and if you don’t make it through proving grounds that’s when you will get fired

Interview
Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.
