One interview one the phone and one in person involving basic competency tests. The interviews were fairly basic. They were very upfront about the company’s issue with turnover, and questions in the interview revolves around being able to stay in the company

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process was thorough and smooth. The phone interview to the in person interviews are informative and give good insight into what it is like to work there. Overall the interview process at TQL is solid.
