Great environment. Difficult to get any worthwhile customers. Favorites generally make it far so you must make friends with management fast. Overall good job, just not for me. I recommend this to someone who doesn’t mind calling 500+ companies per week.

About my background in high school and college. They like competition so a sports background is a bonus.
Phone call and then two follow up interviews, one with a recruiter and the other with a hiring manager. There are a couple tests they make you take as well.

It was pretty good. it was lengthy as well. You would have to pass three different tests before being hired. You will also have to dedicate lots of hours during the week for the job. the pay offered was low compared to the tasks, in my opinion

I got the feeling that the recruiter didn't understand the transportation industry very well at all. The questions were very high level and they were not able to answer many of my questions about the role.
