I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Daphne, AL) in Dec 2017
Interview
3 part interview process. The first interview was on the phone, the second 2 interviews were at their office. The first interview centered on informing me of what TQL does and what made them an attractive place to work. The second interview focused more on me personally and what my goals were and why TQL might be a good place for me be. The third interview was partly a shadow day where I sat with 2 different brokers for 30 minutes each and then had an interview from two of the office managers.

Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.
