They are friendly and they even offered coffee while waiting. They put you at ease and comfortable during the interview process. There are 2-3 interviewers, from different concerned departments. I think the first interviewer is from the HR, the second is the department head or senior officer. And the last is the HR head. They will most likely offer you a salary package during the interview.
