Toronto Film School interview questions

I got an interview call. The first round was with the Associate Director which was mainly understanding my skill sets , experience and how I handle obstacles. The second round was with the director where we had situational analysis sort of questions and how certain programs are to be presented etc.

1. Recruiter screening 2. Hiring Manager Interview - questions about past experience and general situation based. It was more like a conversation than an interview 3. Panel discussion and 30-60-90-day presentation - Lot of technical questions on business development and relationship management.
