The Role Play interview process is not well prepared, it deep dives immediately into action without context and lacking time. make sure to spend the time needed to force the Interlocutor to define the context, otherwise it will be used against. The Process and Interview itself looks really unprofessional, not at the level it should be as the company brand itself.
