I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tookitaki in Sept 2022
Interview
I applied for the position of Software Engineer and got the response a bit late, but the HR executive was quite diligent about the entire process. The overall process was relatively smooth. The interviewer did not just ask mundane questions but was also interested in my personal growth aspirations as an individual.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tookitaki (Singapore) in Nov 2021
Interview
My first round was an online interview, honestly speaking, I wasn’t prepared for the interview at all, but HR initially asked questions about myself, the first few minutes were more like a self-introduction session. Later I was asked some generic questions about what were my roles and responsibilities in the previous companies I have worked in, then some questions about my work and projects I have done in the past. The telephonic interview went smooth is what I felt, and I was called in for an in-person interview. The front desk staff was very cooperative and they directed me to the office where my interview was taken. I was interviewed by an HR officer and a senior software developer. They asked me some questions, gave me some situations, and asked how I will conduct the tasks in given situations. I was satisfied with my answers and interview. After a couple of days, I received a call saying that I was selected for the position. All in all, I had a good experience.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tookitaki (Singapore) in Jan 2021
Interview
Onboarding experience was very well organised and thorough, despite being remote for the most part. And the people team is constantly striving to improve every aspect of the employee experience. The first stage was a 30-minute call to chat about stuff on my resume. After this, there was a quiz-like technical interview. My contact person from HR told me what general topics would be covered beforehand, which was really helpful in preparing for the interview. Following this, there were a couple of technical interviews involving questions on JavaScript, HTML, CSS, HTTP, Relational Databases, and Security. A mixture of easy and difficult questions, but definitely something you should do some revision/studying for. Again, my contact person provided very helpful information for preparing for the technical interviews. Everyone was very friendly and open, and HR was constantly in contact to make sure that I didn't have any questions, that I knew what my application's status was, and that everything was going smoothly.
