I applied in-person. I interviewed at Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (London, England) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process was decent, smooth, but cliche. I'd recommend you check out their website thoroughly. Also read their annual finance publication and any other relevant publication. They do, however, take a while to get back to you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself?
How did you overcome weaknesses?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Tony Blair Institute for Global Change in May 2018
Interview
The interview itself was pleasant with professional hiring managers and staff at TBI being very friendly. However, I found the Talent Acquisition team to be very poor. I sent queries specifically in relation to the process, however my e-mails were repeatedly ignored. I did not receive the interview outcome until one month after attending the interview (after having asked) despite being informed that I would hear after one week. I found the lack of regard for candidates who had invested effort and interest in working at TBI to be dismal. A very poor candidate experience.
