Overall, the process was good, with clear expectations from the beginning. The recruiter was excellent, friendly, transparent, and very responsive throughout.
I progressed to the final stage, which included a take-home assignment. While I didn’t receive an offer, the assignment seemed closer to a more senior role than the position I applied for, and the team may have ultimately chosen someone with a slightly different profile. During the final discussion, the CEO and Director mentioned they hadn’t personally reviewed my work, which left me curious about how it was evaluated. During the interview it was clear at the end that I wasn’t the best choice, which is totally fine.
Overall, I had a positive experience, particularly with the recruiter.
