Togather interview questions

An initial phone screening followed by a video call & task stage and then a final, in-person meeting. The team were great and made the process about getting to know me as much as testing me.

There were 3 steps in the interview: - an initial call with HR to check fit and answer any questions - a longer call with the CMO, more skills based but still conversational - an in person presentation to ~3 senior team members requiring a few hours of preparation
