The whole process is rather short and the managing director, Anthony Wee was conducted the interview. A series of law test questions had been asked, mostly on the elements of law. The whole interview process seemed to make me feel inferior as the MD claimed that I do not have all the elements in my fingertips. People nowadays could easily access to research resources and it is unfair to judge my capability as a paralegal by testing the elements of law and some more expecting the exact keywords since I was not applied for Legal Associate and I would not be allowed to advise client. I think the MD is expecting his paralegal to have all the elements of law in their fingertips and in the same time having work-life imbalance (like what he said during interview) - while at the same time taking a very low pay.
