Informal. Seemed somewhat negative almost like they wanted to talk you out of taking the job. Interviewed with the owner and the CEO. Seemed like they really did'nt know what they wanted and you could sort of tell it was a high turnover type of place like they were jaded from all the different employees that have come and gone.

it was 1:1 interview, and he keeps asking about bad questions.. while interview in progress.. i felt i shouldn't go to this company.. he is owner of company and if you work with this guy..it would be disaster
