Tipsy Paint interview questions

Hap, the owner of the company, asked me to quickly instruct how I would begin teaching one of the paintings on the wall. He then explained how they do it there. (They don't use pencils first, just straight to paint.) He explained what my responsibilites would be, etc. I reccommend going to a class before applying. You'll know what you're getting yourself into and you'll be better prepared to answer questions.
