From the outset, the interview process felt chaotic and disorganised. Despite having provided my availability a week in advance, my interviews were scheduled at the last minute, with one even being rescheduled, which gave an impression of poor planning.
During the technical interview with two front-end developers, I felt that, while they were friendly enough, they either lacked enthusiasm or were uncomfortable with being asked to conduct the interview. This contributed to a sense of unease on my part, which only added to my nerves.
Additionally, they informed that they hadn’t reviewed my take-home test beforehand, and their questions felt unclear and unfocused. This lack of preparation, combined with the ambiguity of their questions, made it difficult to engage effectively with them.
Overall, the experience left a negative impression. Ultimately, not receiving an offer felt like a relief, as though I had dodged a bullet.
