Interview
First started with a technical phone screen and the onsite interview followed. They seems very nice people, enjoyed conversation during the interview. The coding interview was not very difficult but a language specific question was asked. They also asked algorithm and data structure related questions. I met more than 10 people during the onsite, they really care about the interview process. It seems like a nice place to work

-Recruiter first round interview was an Zoom call (audio only) for 30 minutes
-Discussed the role and company briefly, but mostly wanted to know about previous work experience and if there was alignment.

The process is as follows: Start with an HR phone call, then a coding session (1 hour) with one or more engineers, continue with a long virtual onsite with several sessions (3.5-4 hours), lastly hiring manager (30 mins).
