I got interviewed in August 2109, I had successfully completed all the rounds and got confirmation for clearing the interview process on 7 Aug19, But i received the offer letter on 21 of Aug19.After that my joining in TIL is rejected just because I was requesting them to extend my joining date by 4 days which they refused to do so. Ultimately I have to take back my papers in my organization. It's was a really painful experience for with TIL. Kind request from TIL HR , PLEASE respect the people's perspective also. I respect your business requirements but extending my joining date by 4 days could be manageable.
