The interview process was fair. It was a 2 part interview, spoke to the recruiter and then did a mock live patient interview where they gave you a case study document in which you are to review and discuss. Both interviews you are to be on camera, so be camera ready.

Can you describe to me a time you were dealing with a difficult patient and how did you deal with that situation? Can you also describe how you would do so in a remote environment?
