Poor interview process, my last interview I could tell the manager preferred another candidate and was just going through the motions of interviewing me. Didn't get anything from the experience, felt like a waste of time

Relatively straight forward. I received an initial HR call asking me for the basics and whether I would be willing to commit to company policies. She mentioned they're hybrid but will be returning to a full office policy soon.

The process was very long and confusing - I was told by the Talent Acquisition that if you be a 3 stage interviews included a test project instead of that I spoke with 3 different manager about the role and thing that got me more confused on the entire job and interview
